The Leon Valley Police Department has been made aware of a potential scam involving individuals falsely claiming to be Detectives Brooks or King from our department. These individuals are reportedly soliciting money or donations in connection with alleged investigations.

Please be advised that Leon Valley Police Department personnel will NEVER request money, donations, or financial information in connection with any investigation or police matter.

If you receive such a call, message, or email:

  • Do not provide any personal or financial information.
  • Do not send money.
  • Document the details and contact us immediately.
