What You’ll Receive
This system is used only for emergency situations that may significantly impact residents.
These alerts may include:
- Evacuation notices
- Shelter-in-place orders
- Boil water notices
- Severe weather warnings
- Public safety emergencies
- Other urgent hazards requiring action
This system will not be used for routine city updates or general information.

Subscribers can receive alerts via:
- Text Message (SMS)
- Voice Call (mobile or landline)
Depending on the type of incident, notifications may also be sent to your landline telephone if one is registered.
Why Provide Your Address?
When signing up, please include your physical address and your preferred contact method(s).
Providing your address allows the City to tailor alerts based on your geographic area, so you only receive notifications relevant to your location.
