Severance Agreement

In the event Employee is terminated by the City Council while Employee is willing and able to perform her duties under this Agreement, then in that event Employer agrees to pay Employee a lump sum cash payment equal to 20 weeks base salary and all accrued Personal and Major Medical Leave days.

In compliance with HR 762. After the contract end date of 1/2028, the one-year severance will be decreased to 20 Weeks.
