The defendant is subject to arrest when a warrant is issued. A warrant is issued if a defendant does not pay the fine, meets all obligations of a payment plan agreement, defaults on a driver’s safety course, defaults on a deferred order or defaults on a community service order.

Municipal Court Warrant Resolution is held on Monday March 16, 2026.
