Forest Oaks Community Pool opens May 23, 2026, just in time for Memorial Day weekend!
Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Lap Swim: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Closed Wednesdays for maintenance and cleaning
2026 Leon Valley Pool Season
The Forest Oaks Community Pool, located at 6620 Evers Rd., will open Memorial Day weekend for the 2026 Season! The pool is open Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday May 23rd through August 9th. The pool will then be open weekends only August 15th through September 27th. The pool will be open to residents and non-residents, and there are pool membership fees. Persons may sign up for memberships online via the City’s website at: Pool Pass & Memberships.
The schedule and fees for the 2026 season are as follows:
Daily gate fee: $5.00
Season pass – adult resident: $40.00
Season pass – child (<18 yrs.), resident: $30.00
Season pass – adult, nonresident: $100.00
Season pass – child (<18 yrs.), nonresident: $60.00
Season pass – swim team member: $10.00
Maximum amount per resident family: $200.00 (up to 8 family members)
Maximum amount per non-resident family: $400.00 (up to 8 family members)
Affordability rate (application required at City Hall, must meet HHS guidelines for 2026)
Season pass – adult resident: $20.00
Season pass – child (<18 yrs.), resident: $15.00
Day care / groups: $5.00
Swim lessons:
Private: $150 (3 hours)
Semi-private: $100 (3 hours)
Group: $50 (3 hours)

Forest Oaks Pool (includes Community Room) $250 for 2 hours, up to 25 persons, with $5 for each additional person

The Forest Oaks Pool is closed on Mondays (except for Memorial Day and Labor Day). San Antonio Pool Management will provide the daily management of the pool, including oversight of daily gate entrance and fees, staffing of lifeguards, and maintaining excellent water quality. They will also provide the opportunity for residents to reserve the facilities for pool parties. The Forest Oaks pool facility includes a Community Room and The Hill for party rentals. Free Days for the 2026 Swim Season!
The City of Leon Valley is offering free days this season.
Free Days will be:
First Fridays – 1st Friday of each month (June 5th, July 3rd, August 7th)
Holidays – Memorial Day (May 25th), 4th of July, and Labor Day (September 7th)
