El Verde by 2020

The City Council, in an effort to promote responsible environmental stewardship, has resolved to “Go Green” with our new “El Verde by 2020” resolution. Other green initiatives include encouragement of rainwater harvesting, tree preservation and, of course, increasing our recycling efforts.
