The City of Leon Valley is committed to challenging each employee’s potential.  The most obvious signs of this commitment begins with salary determination, which is designed to attract and hold highly qualified people and to maintain equity based on responsibility throughout the City.

Our employees enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits - truly valuable “extras” in their employment packages.  Employees currently receive the following benefits:

  • Eleven (11) paid holidays per year
  • Minimum of seventeen (17) eight-hour days per year of Personal Leave
