The Mission of the Office of the City Secretary
Is to promote an open and responsive government through proper recording and preservation of the City's legislative history and official documents; to conduct fair and impartial elections; and to provide excellence in customer service to our citizens, visitors, City Council and staff to produce vital and productive outcomes that positively reflect the established priorities of the City of Leon Valley by:
- Assisting the City Manager and City Council in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities.
- Improving the public access to municipal records and other information.
- Safeguarding the municipal elections and records management process.
